How do I earn Cash Back on my purchases?

To earn Cash Back, simply start your shopping journey at Rakuten.com, use the Rakuten browser extension, or use our mobile app. Click on the store where you want to shop, and we will automatically track your purchase and add Cash Back to your account.

When will I receive my Cash Back payment?

We send out payments every three months, provided your Cash Back balance is over $5.00. Payments are issued via physical check or PayPal according to our standard quarterly schedule: February 15, May 15, August 15, and November 15.

How do returns affect my Cash Back?

If you return an item or cancel an order, the Cash Back earned from that specific transaction will be deducted from your account balance. Partial returns will result in a proportional adjustment of your Cash Back.

Can I use coupons and still earn Cash Back?

Yes, you can use coupons found on the Rakuten website. However, using promotional codes not provided or approved by Rakuten may occasionally void your eligibility for Cash Back on that transaction.

What should I do if my Cash Back is missing?

If a purchase doesn't appear in your account within 7 days, you can use our 'Missing Cash Back' form. You will need to provide the order confirmation details so our customer service team can verify the transaction with the merchant.

Do you offer international shipping?

Shipping policies, including international availability and costs, are determined by the individual partner stores you are purchasing from. We recommend checking the specific merchant's shipping page before finalizing your order.
